Understand offline work and synchronization

Protect pending changes when connectivity is limited.

About this guide. Steps reflect reviewed source and screenshots. End-to-end workflow checks are still pending. If your screen differs, contact Clasp support.

What offline means

The native app keeps a local workspace copy after its initial download. It can show previously synchronized information and preserve supported pending edits while disconnected.

Offline mode cannot fetch new remote leads, deliver email/SMS, or immediately learn of remote permission changes.

When you reconnect

Check the app's last synchronization time and any visible pending or conflict state. The documented queue retains command identity so an uncertain network response can be reconciled instead of blindly creating duplicate work.

A conflict needs review; it is not a successful synchronized change.

Before signing out

Synchronize work you want to keep. The documented sign-out flow warns that it removes local workspace data and pending work. Do not sign out or reinstall as a first troubleshooting step while unsynchronized work matters.

Airplane-mode restart, conflict resolution, reconnect, revocation, and sign-out will be checked on the intended devices later. This draft is based on implementation notes, not a new device test.
