Use Clasp on Android and iPhone

Use the installed native workflows and open current web help when needed.

About this guide. Steps reflect reviewed source and screenshots. End-to-end workflow checks are still pending. If your screen differs, contact Clasp support.

Start connected

The documented native app needs internet for initial sign-in and the first workspace download. Existing workspace permissions and authenticator requirements still apply.

Documented core areas

The mobile README describes requests, customers, jobs and a day schedule, estimates/invoices, SMS conversations, notifications, and local search. This is not a promise of full website parity.

The same documentation excludes native photo/document attachments from version one and directs payment-checkout preparation to the website.

Trial access

The Android no-card update documents More → Clasp trial. Do not assume this action has reached every older installation or the iPhone build. See trial help.

Help and Ask Clasp

The version 0.2.0 candidate adds Help Center, Contact support, and Ask Clasp on the web links to the native help section and displays the installed version. Ask Clasp opens a browser, needs internet, and may require a separate web sign-in. It is not an embedded or offline native assistant.

Older installed builds may not show these links until their store update is installed. You can always open https://help.clasp.pro or https://clasp.pro/support in a browser.

Release and device checks

App submission, store approval, installation, and real-device behavior are distinct. The Android listing is public on Google Play. The iPhone app is not publicly released; a TestFlight upload is not public App Review approval.

The 0.2.0 Android update still needs a fresh signed build, store upload, and live verification. Its matching iOS build may be prepared for TestFlight, but public App Review remains intentionally out of scope. Physical-device checks, notification taps, and browser-link behavior remain separate evidence. See offline synchronization.
